Online commissioning is available for eligible affidavits and statutory declarations. Check that the organization receiving your document accepts remote commissioning. If you need notarization, a certified true copy, or a document for apostille or authentication, ask us about an in-person option.

DOCUMENTS OFTEN SUITABLE FOR REMOTE COMMISSIONING

  • Affidavits, including identity or service affidavits, where the recipient accepts remote commissioning.
  • Statutory declarations and sworn statements, subject to the receiving organization's requirements.
  • Certain Ontario forms that call for a commissioner of oaths.
