How a mobile appointment works
- Tell us what you need. Share the document type, number of documents and signers, preferred date and postal code.
- We confirm suitability and price. We identify the appropriate professional, travel charge, availability and any witness requirements.
- Prepare your documents and ID. Keep documents unsigned unless you are told otherwise and have valid original identification ready.
- Meet at the agreed location. All required signers must be present, willing and able to communicate directly with the professional.
Clear pricing before you confirm

Possible additional charges: parking, tolls, extended waiting time and facility-specific requirements are disclosed before confirmation where applicable.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can someone come?
Availability varies by location, document type and time of day. We confirm the earliest suitable appointment after reviewing your request.
Can you visit a hospital or long-term-care home?
Often, yes. The client must be able to communicate their wishes and participate in the appointment, and the facility must permit the visit. Some documents have additional capacity, witness or legal-advice requirements.
Can several people sign at one appointment?
Yes, when the documents and signer requirements are reviewed in advance. Tell us how many signers and documents are involved so we can reserve enough time.
Is mobile service available in my area?
Mobile appointments are available in participating service areas. We confirm coverage after you provide the service postal code.
