Professional opportunities, with a clear process

We welcome applications from qualified lawyers, notaries public, commissioners for oaths and eligible paralegals across Canada. Applicants must hold the authorization required for their proposed services in the relevant province or territory. We are particularly interested in providers who can offer reliable appointments in their local community.

Submitting an application does not grant notary authority. Any participation is subject to verified qualifications, service needs and a written agreement.

Your local presence

Provide your full service address, including unit or suite, city, province or territory and postal code, and tell us whether you have suitable appointment space or can offer mobile visits.

Your availability

Share realistic hours and the appointment formats you can support. Any booking schedule is agreed during onboarding.

A coordinated network

Discuss website visibility, booking coordination, brand standards and administrative support with our team. Specific arrangements are confirmed in writing.

What we look for

  • Current authority for each proposed service and good standing with the relevant regulator, where applicable.
  • Careful identity checks, sound recordkeeping and respect for confidentiality.
  • Clear client communication, reliable attendance and professional judgment.
  • Appropriate insurance, workspace and technology where required for the engagement.
  • Services offered only within your appointment, licence and professional scope.

Extra authorizations, such as FLSP status, are reviewed separately before the related service is offered.

What happens after you apply

  1. Initial application: share your background, contact details and proposed service area.
  2. Introductory conversation: if there is a potential fit, we discuss your availability and the opportunity.
  3. Extended application and verification: invited applicants provide the additional information and documents needed for review through an agreed process.
  4. Written arrangements and onboarding: scope, compensation, responsibilities and booking details are confirmed before a location goes live.

No minimum client volume, income, territory or engagement is guaranteed. The actual relationship and responsibilities are determined by the agreement and applicable law.
