TRV Declaration – Gaza

complete your statutory declaration

The Canadian government has launched a temporary public policy to aid Palestinian nationals affected by the crisis in Gaza. This policy allows eligible foreign nationals who have Canadian citizen or permanent resident family members to apply for a temporary resident visa. The program is designed with specific eligibility criteria and conditions that applicants must meet, including the requirement of a statutory declaration from the Canadian family member, referred to as the "anchor". This declaration states the anchor's intention to provide various forms of support to the applicant and their family members upon arrival in Canada. For more information, please click here.
